Welcome Hostel Monitoring System

The Hostel Monitoring System is a Web application which processes through digital documentation to track the Activities that will produce in Telangana State for tracking the following:

  • Draw diet menu, Cosmetic charges, rents, electricity and salaries for class IV, OE etc.
  • Mark Student Attendance
  • Aadhar Based Bio-Metric Attendance
  • Submit bills on monthly basis
  • Inspections and Visits of Hostels

Notice Board

  • Please Confirm Vendor Details Before providing Daily Purchases and Issues
  • Before proceeding for bill generation, please confirm the beneficiary Bank details.
  • For diet bill, vendors bank details can be confirmed by updating the vendor bank details which is available in vendor registration form
  • Only confirmed vendors list will be populated in Daily purchases form
